How far in advance should I book?

To ensure availability and colours, please provide ample notice. Too much notice is never a bad thing!

Bouquets & Boxes - 1 Week
Mosaics - 2 Weeks
Garlands - 1 Month

How do I confirm my order & pay?

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received. We collect payment via most major credit cards, debit & Interac E-transfer to beyondballoonsto@gmail.com.

Does Beyond Balloons TO offer delivery?

Yes, Beyond Balloons TO delivers within the GTA. Delivery is calculated based on distance.

How long do the helium bouquets last for?

The longevity of the balloons depends on the environment they are kept in and how you handle them. Remember, balloons are delicate and should be handled with care. The answers below are on average & can vary!

Bubble Balloon - 5 - 10 days
Latex Balloons - 2 - 3 days

How do I care for my balloons?

At Beyond Balloons TO, we only use the highest quality materials! However, due to the delicate nature of balloons, we can not be held responsible for the item once it has been picked up or delivered. Below are some key tips to ensure your balloons stay in great condition;

1. Do not force the balloons into a small car or trunk.
   
2. Do not leave balloons unattended in a vehicle.
   
3. Keep balloons away from all sharp objects & rough surfaces.
   
4. Avoid extremely hot or extremely cold climates.
   

When inquiring about a garland, what information should my initial message include?

Inspiration photos are the most ideal way to share your vision with us. Pinterest and Instagram are great platforms to find some amazing ideas! Once we have an idea of your vision, we will work with you to bring that vision to life.
